I had an air conditioner installed Friday. The installers were punctual, polite, and professional. They worked through lunch as it was pouring outside. I was very pleased with their installation. I received a phone call a few days later from customer service to see if I was happy with my installation and the way the air-conditioning was working. It’s wonderful to know that a company follows up after their workmen are finished. I highly recommend ECM.

The ECM technicians installed my new air conditioner system quickly and efficiently. The system works just as it should. They are also to be commended for leaving the site only after they had cleaned up the area of the accompanying work materials mess. Great going, guys and thank you. Last week ECM installed a new A/C system in our home. The price and financing (through Home Depot Credit) were both excellent.The installation crew worked quickly and cleanly with no problems plus they were nice and polite.Our new A/C unit works very well and we are very satisfied. ECM did everything they promised. We will use them again.

As a new homeowner in South Florida, I carefully created my own personal list of “preferred vendors.” ECM made that list with five stars! I contracted with them for my annual service contract and successfully utilized their professional services. I was never disappointed. My next home purchase will be accompanied by an annual service contract for my appliances and A/C unit with East Coast Mechanical!
