I used this business for my second ac installation and continue to be pleased with their promptness and dependability. This time the installer even painted the wooden cabinet built many years prior to house the unit. Extra care with matting placed to prevent bringing dirt into my home is appreciated. Installers updated me on their progress and went over details of the warranty. Thank you for a job well done.

We solicited quotes from 3 a/c installers for identical models, ECM offered the best price. We were scheduled immediately, installers arrived on time, were friendly, clean, professional and thorough. Installation completed in stated time frame, system operation, warranty and maintenance clearly explained. We received follow up calls from their customer service the next day to make sure we were satisfied, system works great and we're happy that we went with ECM.

We had a new 5 ton a/c unit installed yesterday, and couldn’t be more pleased. The installlers were very courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to us and made sure the work area was spotless when they were finished.I have no problem recommending ECM very highly.

I had ECM scheduled for a routine A/C check and found out I had a major issue. They presented all options without pressure, I opted to replace the unit and they scheduled me with next day service. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The installers did a fantastic job or protecting my house and carpet and installed the A/C expeditiously. Highly recommend!

I came home from the grocery store to find a hot townhouse. Immediately, I called ECM to advise I had no AC. They sent someone out to check my AC unit and confirmed the motor had died and I needed a new unit installed. At 8:30 am,3 men showed up to perform the work. They carefully cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely satisfied with their work!They followed up the next am to make sure everything working to my satisfaction. ECM was very professional, efficient and reliable. I rate them 5 Stars! Recently, my dishwasher’s motor blew out. I called ECM and they sent someone out the next day to confirm which part they needed to order. The next am, ECM was there to install a new motor. It feels like I have a completely new dishwasher!! There was NO charge for the part. I’m very pleased with ECM!

I have used ECM for air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair for over 6 years. The office staff and technicians are courteous, responsive, and professional. They always get the job done correctly the first time. Not only have they fixed broken toilets and a nonfunctional microwave, they have installed a new air conditioning unit. As compared with other repair services, I found that ECM responds quicker and fixes broken appliances for less money. I give them 10 stars for customer service!

We called ECM on a Wednesday afternoon about our AC unit and they had one of their system specialists at our condo the next morning. We discussed our options with him and decided it was time to replace our sixteen year old AC unit. ECM technicians showed up Friday morning and did a great job changing out the entire AC system. The technicians were complete professionals and we appreciate the excellent job they did. We are very happy with the speed and service that ECM provided and would highly recommend them.
