The salesperson, John, came to our home to offer a quote. He was on time, explained all the options available, for the size of of our condominium, and space available for the air handler. He was very knowledgeable, explained why certain options were presented, including changing out the circuit breaker, and answered our questions without hesitation. It was also helpful that is also a service technician.The installers arrived, again on time, getting right to work. They worked together as a team, answering any questions we asked along the way. Upon arrival they covered the interior work area with a heavy duty blanket, and cleaned up all the debris, including vacuuming, when the install was complete.

I rent and ac unit that was here was 50 yes 50 years old lol. I call ECM and they came looked at it yesterday and replaced it today. Thank you Juan and Rene for such an awesome job. Very nice, friendly men. And cleaned up everywhere inside and out. I will tell everyone about them.

On a Friday Miguel came to do a check up on our A/C and found that it was rusted and moldy. He told us our options and explained them all to us. We decided to purchase a new A/C. On Monday morning 2 installers arrived on time and worked diligently all day to install our new unit.. They cleaned up as they worked and left no mess. We have been using ECM for many years and have always been pleased with their service.

I just recently used ECM to install a large outside home air conditioner. The crew showed up and did a magnificent jobremoving my old one, and installing the new one, in addition to replacing the air handler mechanism located inside my house.The crew was very helpful, and polite, and made certain everything was cleaned up when they finished. They also explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions.I would definitely recommend them for this type of work.

We originally called ECM to conduct a tune-up of our air conditioning. During the tune-up it became apparent that we had a cracked pan that was beginning to cause a leak. Since we are new Floridians, and the labels on the AC were not clear it was apparent that it was old. ECM provided us with the option to repair or replace and the cost of each They were very cooperative and after the decision was made to replace they did so very quickly and efficiently. When they left the area where they worked (both inside and outside) was as clean as when they arrived. They will be back to do tune-ups again in a year and we would not hesitate to recommend them to any household that is in need of AC help.

ECM Installed a Brand New Lennox air conditioner at my condo in Palm Beach County, I was very impressed with the Service Advisor and salesman Logan Day who help my through the process of getting the air conditioner financed, the next day the installers where right on schedule, Luke the head installer and his crew where fantastic, They worked diligently putting in both units, after the job was finished, they left my condo immaculate. I have to say that I was very impressed by EMC. Not only by their sales man who came to provide me with an quote and answer/addressed every question that I had but also by their technicians who replaced my A/C. They were very curteous, prompt, cleaned up after themselves, explained everything and walked me through what they did. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and service. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for service or a new A/C

Joined ECM recently and so far they have replaced our water heater and a major A/C replacement. What impressed me most was the quick response, not only when they showed up to assess the problems, but the time it took them to do the work, all within the same week. Very impressed also by their professionalism. Alex and Ethan are top notch A/C specialists. Highly recommend them.

ECM replaced our A/C within one day of the initial service call. The tech and install crew were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They all knew their respective jobs and performed them very well. They also cleaned up after themselves. We have a household service contract with ECM for over 9 years and will continue to renew. Their service is outstanding.

Our second AC from ECM. They did an awesome job with the installation. Left my garage spotless, vacuum my entire garage, replaced all areas with new material for my new ac…replaced my platform and painted it white. Juan, my tech explained my new thermostat to me with ease. You couldn’t ask for a better company to install and service your unit.

Been using ECM for years, never have an issue. Just about always in the time window for arrival (if not they call6, fix problem efficiently and effectively, if a part is needed they order it immediately and try to get you the next available appointment right when the part is ready. The technicians are great, never rude or disrespectful… really a great company! And they cover SO much!! Would highly recommend!

A technician responded within an hour of our breakdown and did a thorough job in defining the problem. A new AC unit was required (old one was 10+ years) but there was no sales pressure involved. The next morning the installation crew arrived (on time) and worked through lunch to finish quickly. They used protective blankets on the floor and swept the area upon completion. A very courteous and professional job!
