The salesman/service tech was out of the house in about 6 PM sign the papers and had the service crew at the house the next day by 9AM by that afternoon we had a new compressor air handler and thermostat all professionally installed.

ECM has been our service and maintenance company for 5 years. This year we decided to upgrade to a new A/C system. After interviewing many contractors, we decided to hire ECM. The installation was handled by two extremely qualified and meticulous men. As a result we are extremely pleased with our new Carrier system. We highly recommend ECM for A/C and all other home appliance service and maintenance.

I have used ECM for many years being a resident of Century Village in Boca. In 2017 I needed to replace my 2 ton AC. I got three prices, and choose ECM. The other tow companies were lower but WERE NOT pulling a Palm Beach County Permit, was not upgrading the electrical, and was not tying down the unit outside on the concrete slab for hurricane protection. The two repair guys were fabulous, very clean, gentleman and completed their job in a professional manner. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and dehumidifier. We did have a minor issue on the outside piece of concrete and that was corrected today. The contractor that came was excellent and took care of the issue. I will renew my annual contract with ECM in 2018.

We just moved into our home to find the A/C system wasn’t working properly. ECM sent over a great repair tech, Glenn, who was EXACTLY on time at 8AM and promptly found/corrected the problem. Unfortunately, his work won’t be “quite enough” to save the system, but certainly he’s to be commended for working hard to promptly assist the customer. He’s a good reason I will utilize ECM regulary.
The very next day I DID call for service with a plumbing problem and the teck also was very polite, friendly, and efficient and he also correctly found/fixed the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to call ECM of Boynton Beach anytime for service.

ECM has the most professional and courteous technicians I have ever dealt with in Florida. Not only leave your home jus the way it was when they came. They bring their own trash bags, paper towels or clean rags. In every instance when I have called for service they come the same day. They have always had the parts they needed for the repair. If there was a ten star rating they would get the ten.

My air conditioner failed on me on a Thursday morning. That same morning I called and made an appointment for an estimate with ECM. They came out the next day at 8am on the dot. We negotiated and I was able to get financing that same day. Saturday morning at 9am the two employees arrived and began installing the new unit. By 4pm the house was getting colder air. Amazing how fast we were able to get everything done at a reasonable price, considering I’m a new customer. We will see how it plays out in the future, but I have high hopes.

Just had our A\/C compressor replaced. Had a great experience. The initial contact explained everything, including the equipment specifications. The install team was amazing. They were on time and professional and did a great job, including a lot of extra work to get the compressor in the designated location. In addition, after installing the new air handler in the garage, they left the location cleaner than it was when they arrived. A great job all around. In addition, we have had a service contract with ECM since 2002 and they have done a great job keeping our appliances in good shape.

ECM came to the rescue! I had an evaluation of my AC done and found that the old unit had several problems that were immanently dangerous. After pointing out all the problems I elected to have an entire new system installed. The very next day the team was here at 8:30am and spent the entire day revamping my antiquated system. We have had their servicemen 4 times in the last month, and each time they solved the problem in record time, they were prompt, worked fast and clean. One was a hot water issue, the other a leaky toilet, the other a leaky sink, and the last one was the pool heater. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to reduce headaches.

I was quoted a price by ecm for my new 3.5 ton A/C unit. The representative was very patient and explained the entire process to me. I was happy w the Quoted price and agreed to replace my 15 year old AC unit. I was very happy to hear they offer next day installation service. The installation team arrived prompt at 9 am as promised. They completed the work the same day. They were very neat and organized. They offered a 10 year warranty on my unit and I am extremely happy w the entire process. I would highly recommend ECM for there home service contract and the purchase of new air conditioners.

Your refrigeration service technicain, came by to install a door cam for our refrigerator. He is one of the nicest, most personable ECM service techs I have ever met. Tom carefully removed the side door shelves filled with contents and, after completing the installation, replaced the shelves himself ever so gently. What a sweetheart? Also, I just renewed my Service Contract with Jackie in the Renewal Department. I was surprised to leart that ECM now offers a 4-pay plan at no extra charge. For me, that’s just a little over $100 per month (affordable and convenient). Now how awesome is that? ECM installed a new AC unit and it went fine. Workers prompt (even slightly early which I was happy about) and polite and clean. They put drop cloths to cover my beige rug entirely which made me very comfortable. The installation took 3 1/2 hours. They answered all my questions, cleaned the “pancake vent” which they didn’t have to do. I was relaxed while they were there. Electrician did his job well as well. They were all friendly :). Unit seems to be working just fine. I could have kept servicing my very old unit which leaked once a year and then twice. I know ECM wanted me to by a new unit, and I didn’t have to at this time, but unit was very old, new unit prices keep going up as well as my electric bill! so it was my decision. Price was good. $3,280. I did compare and I was satisfied. All in all, a fine experience.

We had a complete A/C replacement with ECM. The job was scheduled for a Saturday morning at 8:30am. Just as promised the install team was on site at 8:30am. Installation took about 5 hours start to finish and both technicians took the time to explain the system and they cleaned up after the work was done. Overall aside from having to replace the unit in the first place ECM did a great job for us.

ECM Delivered on Its promise!!! The experience was Incredible and I would recommend ECM to all my family and friends. From the beginning the receptionist that made the appointment to the sales person Scott B and to the Installers Moises and Jean it was all smooth. Scott B gave us the overview of the XC25 Lennox was very thorough and was able to explain the unit the process and we felt very comfortable with Scott. Moises and Jean on task with the Installation, they arrived on scheduled time and they explained the installation process WoW!! ECM should be so lucky to have such caliber of employees. At the end we now have our XC25 unit and air handler are amazingly quiet and efficient just as Scott B described. They were very good. They were clean and neat. They explained what they were going to do and after completion, went over everything with me. They showed me how to work the thermostat and answered all my questions. They completed the job in the time they told me they would. The salesman came by at the end of the installation to make sure that everything was fine and that I understood everything and was pleased. Before I purchased the air conditioner, the salesman went over everything with me in detail and why it was better for me to buy a new one than try to repair the one I had. I called ECM and explained that i needed to be fixed before the Jewish Sabbath. ECM always advertises Same Day/Next Day service and that’s exactly what i got. Our air conditioner broke down at 8am in the morning and we contacted your offices and were given an appointment for that same day. We were contacted that the technician could come earlier as there had been a cancellation. The technician arrived around 11, and fixed the unit immediately. Yesterday, only cold air was coming out of the vents instead of heat. I called and was assured that a service man would come out later that day. Believe it or not, he came just before 6pm, he knew just what was needed and even had the part right on his truck! In no time at all, our home was heated!
