Keep in mind that for less than a $1 a day your home’s mechanical systems will be protected for one full year. ECM provides unlimited protection with technicians available same day or next day. We will always repair the product and in the event that we can’t repair a product we will replace it up to the maximum replacement limit on the home warranty agreement.

It’s critical that you register your appliances and A/C within 30 days of the purchase date. ECM registers your appliances, A/C and equipment on the manufacturers website portal for you making sure you get the full warranty. If you purchase a new A/C and it is not registered within 30 days your warranty will last five years rather than the full 10 years they offer. We make sure you’re fully covered.
