A commercial parts and labor service contract is an agreement between a customer and an HVAC contractor that outlines the services to be performed, the parts to be used, and the labor costs associated with those services. This type of contract is typically used for maintenance on a commercial HVAC system, and it can be a helpful tool for both the customer and the contractor.

This type of contract can be customized to fit the needs of both the customer and the contractor, and it can be a helpful way to ensure that both parties are on the same page.

Labor-only Service Contract

Unlimited service by ECM will be provided to repair all contract-covered equipment. If parts are needed to repair the equipment, ECM will furnish parts and materials upon your approval at a 15% discount off list prices.

A commercial HVAC labor-only service contract is an agreement between a company and an HVAC contractor that covers the cost of labor should your system need repair. This type of arrangement is often used when a company has a unit that is already under a manufacturer’s warranty and only needs labor coverage to cover the costs associated with receiving repair service on their HVAC system. Commercial HVAC labor-only contracts are valid for a period of one year and can be renewed on an annual basis.
