I came home from the grocery store to find a hot townhouse. Immediately, I called ECM to advise I had no AC. They sent someone out to check my AC unit and confirmed the motor had died and I needed a new unit installed. At 8:30 am,3 men showed up to perform the work. They carefully cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely satisfied with their work!They followed up the next am to make sure everything working to my satisfaction. ECM was very professional, efficient and reliable. I rate them 5 Stars! Recently, my dishwasher’s motor blew out. I called ECM and they sent someone out the next day to confirm which part they needed to order. The next am, ECM was there to install a new motor. It feels like I have a completely new dishwasher!! There was NO charge for the part. I’m very pleased with ECM!

I have used ECM for air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair for over 6 years. The office staff and technicians are courteous, responsive, and professional. They always get the job done correctly the first time. Not only have they fixed broken toilets and a nonfunctional microwave, they have installed a new air conditioning unit. As compared with other repair services, I found that ECM responds quicker and fixes broken appliances for less money. I give them 10 stars for customer service!

We called ECM on a Wednesday afternoon about our AC unit and they had one of their system specialists at our condo the next morning. We discussed our options with him and decided it was time to replace our sixteen year old AC unit. ECM technicians showed up Friday morning and did a great job changing out the entire AC system. The technicians were complete professionals and we appreciate the excellent job they did. We are very happy with the speed and service that ECM provided and would highly recommend them.

I recently had ECM replace my water heater.The tech was great. I also had a problem with flushing my toilet and they fixed it. No problem.They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and courtesy. I have used them for 6 years and never had a problem.I call them and service is usually the same day.I recommend them highly.

We used Service America up until last year when they went out of business and little did we know that it would work in our favor! With one phone call to ECM, we were efficiently enrolled for identical coverage and we couldn't be more pleased. Calls for appointments are rapidly handled and the wait time is usually only a day or two. The service technicians arrive promptly, are polite and courteous, and take the time to explain their solution to your problem. They are professional with years of experience and have a high degree of knowledge, which provides a sense of security for the homeowner. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowner as the low cost of the premium proves to be a value compared to paying out of pocket for a single incidence.

We have been customers of ECM for 20 years. Over these years we have had two ACs, three garbage disposals, a water heater replaced and numerous other appliances repaired in addition to plumbing issues. The customer service of this company is top notch from the office staff to the technicians. Everyone is pleasant and wait times are short. I have used ECM to replace my old AC unit 5 years ago. Everything was working flawlessly since then. We recently had an issue with the internal compressor and they came promptly and replaced the faulty parts (which were still under manufacturer’s warranty). Overall, they provide great service and prompt response. I will use them again if needed and would highly recommend to my friends.

Came home from a trip on Friday 12-27 and A/C not cooling. Called Saturday AM and they were at my home early Monday morning. It was a relief to have a human being answer my call, not a computerized Q and A system. On Thursday, the day after New Year’s day the new A/C unit was installed on the roof of our build and a new circulation system installed in the ceiling. The techs were very professional and when the job was done they completely explained how to operate the system. (all setting etc.). I am 100% satisfied and thankful the we have ECM when we need them.
